Tamia's version is better. It's NOT even close for me. Mica has a husky, raw voice but Tamia is a better technical singer in my opinion. Her version is more polished and her higher notes, soft beautiful vocals mixed with some power and soul all at the same time make it a winning combination. Where Mica just delivers the soulful element, Tamia is more versatile. I will say that while Tamia's singing is wonderful, I can do without the talking she does in the song. The talking is the only thing about her version that I don't like. I'm like, girl just shut up and sing!!!

And they said she can't sing or a weak singer.

Her voice is so uniquely recognizable but if youre a big fan such as myself, you can also recognizing her little isms…like her lil bounce she does when she gets going and her arm movements. Plus, the style of singing…one of a kind! She’s also extremely funny and kindhearted; Ive met her 4 or 5 times and has become a pal of mine…such a genuinely beautiful person!
